The Philadelphia District Attorney's office is hesitant to issue an arrest warrant for LeSean McCoy because it has questions about the conduct of the off-duty police officers cops say were involved in the nightclub brawl that has garnered national attention, CSNPhilly's John Gonzalez reported Thursday.
According to Gonzalez's law enforcement sources, the D.A.'s office has concerns "about the conduct of the officers that evening, including that the officers did not call 9-1-1 during the incident and whether they were drinking to excess." Gonzalez also reported that tension between the D.A.'s office and the police department has grown this week.
