Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt said he’ll “explore vigorously our options and remedies” after Major League Baseball rejected a proposed 17-year contract between the team and News Corp. (NWSA)’s Fox Sports.
The broadcast package, which included a $385 million loan to the team, wasn’t in the best interests of baseball, the Dodgers or their fans, MLB Commissioner Bud Selig said today.
